Are you detail-driven and passionate about quality? We're looking for a Receiving Inspector I to play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and reliability of incoming materials and assemblies. ? What You'll Do

• Perform visual, mechanical, dimensional, functional, and electrical inspections on incoming materials, sub-assemblies, and assemblies
• Follow ESD and proper board handling practices to protect sensitive components
• Apply MSD handling requirements based on component moisture sensitivity levels (MSL)
• Validate PCBs against customer drawings and specifications using IPC-600 and IPC-610 standards
• Identify nonconforming materials and recommend proper disposition per company procedures
• Test lead-free components using XRF analysis tools
• Manage quality purges using the OCuity system
• Investigate issues using data books, documentation, and online resources
• Maintain MRB areas and ensure accurate post-MRB disposition
• Support ISO standards related to quality, environmental, health, safety, and security systems
• Contribute to site-wide 6S initiatives
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in electronic manufacturing systems
• Willingness to train and certify to IPC-A-610 standards
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
• Sense of urgency with strong follow-through
• Knowledge of mechanical inspection equipment
• Familiarity with IPC-A-600 standards preferred

?? Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1-2 years of related manufacturing or inspection experience
